Ditch Refurbishment 2020-2021
Following the end of the 2020 season, such as it was, Avonmore Associates set to work completely refurbishing the ditches around the green. The previous wooden ditch linings had rotted, causing the banks to slump and become dangerous.
Our roving photographer Mike Caird captured these photos showing the work in progress. The green was subsequently inspected by representatives from Worcestershire Bowling Association and passed on all colour marks on all rinks in both directions. Click any image to enlarge and read more details.
