For the first time in several seasons Lilleshall put out a full six rinks for the home game against new visitors Stratford-upon-Avon BC. Despite disruption to local roads due to an accident the visitors arrived in good time to enjoy the grounds at Lilleshall before the game.
Lilleshall put on a fine display against the much larger club, with all six rinks winning and a 115-75 overall score. Top rink was Liz Caird, Don Cartwright, Ruth Lowe and Mark Hussell. Lilleshall were not as fortunate in the extensive raffle however, with the visitors cleaning up almost all the prizes!
